Umami - A Mushroom Food & Drink Event

Join Chef Will Lew, Oyster & King, Pallet Coffee Roasters, and MAMAintheKitchen for an immersive dining experience where mushrooms, coffee, and umami come alive in unforgettable ways.

Rooted in nature and personal history, Umami is a tribute to the cycle of life in food—how mushrooms break down the old to nourish the new, and how flavours carry memory across generations. Inspired by Chef Will’s connection to his grandfather’s culinary heritage, this one-night-only event blends sustainability, artistry, and story in every bite.

🍽️ What to Expect:

• A 12-course culinary journey exploring earth, fire, and flavour
• 3 interactive reception stations including:  • Pallet Coffee Infusions  • Mama in the Kitchen Hawker Stand  • Mushroom Forage Forest Room
• A bespoke cocktail menu crafted exclusively for the night

🕕 Schedule: Doors open at 6pm for reception & small bites Seating at 7pm for dinner & dessert service Vegetarian options available upon request

💲 $95 per guest

• A $20 deposit per guest is required to hold your reservation and will be deducted from your final bill. (Refundable > 72 hours before the event).
• An 18% automatic gratuity will be added at the end of the evening.

• Bar seat: $20 deposit
• Table for 2: $40 deposit
• Table for 4: $80 deposit
• Table for 6: $120 deposit
