COMEDY WORLD: a pro standup show

COMEDY WORLD is a Pro Standup Show every second and fourth Friday of the month at the legendary China Cloud Studios. Hosted by lifelong comedian Colin Cowan (Just For Laughs, NBC's Trial & Error, CBC's This Is That, The Second City, Edinburgh Fringe Festival and more...) this show features a roster of pro comedians who perform between 8:30pm-10pm. Online tickets are $22.00 and sell quick, but there are usually a few tickets available at the door as well for $25.00. *$15.00 early bird tix available for a very limited time.

Akeem Hoyte-Charles is a Stand up Comedian originally from the small town of Chateauguay QC. At 25 Akeem decided to switch his focus from business to the arts. He hopped on stage at an open mic at local comedy club in Montreal and since performed in Los Angeles, New York, Toronto and Vancouver. Akeem has also had roles on TV and Movies including The Bold Type, and the Bilingual film Hochelaga, Land of Souls.
