JBNG Album Release Show: With Jonathon Goldie, Taylor Curtis, Yoshizawa

JBNG:

JBNG, the musical alias of Jaben Groome, has always been deeply connected to music, whether in the studio or pouring his emotions into his performances.

JBNG has released two albums: Meh and Run. The latter, inspired by the his personal emotional journey emerged the first single, "Barely Know You," is now streaming worldwide.

Jonathon Goldie:

Jonathon Goldie’s passion for music was ignited at a young age. He began playing the guitar when he was just 12 years old, and by the time he was a teenager, he was already writing and performing his own music.

His music is a seamless blend of rock, folk, and pop, and he draws inspiration from a wide range of artists such as Radiohead, and James Blake.

One of the things that sets Jonathon Goldie apart is his ability to connect with his audience through his music. Jonathon Goldie is a talented singer – songwriter and his live performances are energetic and engaging.

Taylor Curtis:

Vancouver based alt-rock artist Taylor Curtis released his debut EP, Neurotica, in March of 2021.

Engineered by platinum certified producer Nygel Asselin (Half Moon Run, Shred Kelly, Lights), Neurotica has garnered airplay on college radio across North America and the United Kingdom, and even charted in the top 30 on select campus radio stations in Canada.

His guitar-driven narratives are an investigation into the unknown and often unanswerable, with a musical backdrop that borrows tones from early-00s rock and the neo-psychedelica of today.

The lead single, "The Stranger," was released on December 14, 2023.

Yoshizawa:

Yoshizawa is the musical project of Alejandro Yoshizawa, a Vancouver, Canada based musician, filmmaker, and professor.

Formerly of the bands Lethergy, Trash Paradox, and Subcoastal, his debut solo EP A Moment, Still was recorded in the Summer of 2022 and is dedicated to the memory of friend Lisa Grace Waters. It will be released in 2023-24.
