Armageddon: Drum & Bass Arena

Welcome one and all to ARMAGEDDON. Come take part in this thrilling Drum & Bass showdown taking place on April 24th at the Biltmore Cabaret. Four rising Vancouver DJs will step into the arena, each hoping to make a name for themselves. Only one of our selectors will be crowned the Champion of Armageddon, and we need your help to decide which among them is most worthy.

Meet our challengers:

ODJET is a producer, DJ, and musician originally from Calgary, Alberta. Growing up listening to everything from pop-punk and 80s new wave to metalcore and dubstep, ODJET developed an affinity for fast-paced, high energy rhythms that are sure to keep you on the dancefloor. Combining a wide variety of influences with the infectious grooves of jungle and jump-up, ODJET strives to turn each performance into a unique, genre-bending experience.

CHATTERBOX is a staple in the Vancouver Drum & Bass community, bringing a gritty and aggressive sound to the scene. His upbringing in the west coast bass music scene as a novice raver, blended with his roots in the Czech Republic’s dominant neurofunk community, Chatterbox’s deep knowledge of Drum & Bass enables a guaranteed array of distinctive sounds from the genre all put into unison with each performance. Performing as direct support for Friction, Sota, Delta Heavy, and many more International acts, the Chatterbox project's journey and place in the worldwide Drum & Bass scene is only beginning.

SHOJIN is a DJ and producer known for crafting dark, hypnotic beats with free-spirited energy. Blending deep, earthy bass with high-energy rhythms, Shojin creates immersive sonic journeys that bridge raw dancefloor energy with a deeper connection to sound. With releases on Spotify, bootlegs on SoundCloud, and a growing underground presence.

DMIR is a DJ and producer specializing in everything and anything bass music, from hefty 140 wubs to ear-tingling Drum & Bass and everything in between, he builds his sets around the principle of "bass or bust".
