1. No Refunds Unless Cancelled: The event is non-refundable unless officially canceled by the organizers. Cancellation will be announced via email, Instagram (@bongevent), and other social media.

2. Refund Processing: If canceled, refunds will be issued within three weeks, processed through banking systems. Bong Event are legally liable for refunds in this case.

3. Postponement Policy: If postponed due to force majeure (war, pandemic, visa/travel issues, illness, venue damage) within 90-120 days, no refunds will be issued. Tickets remain valid. However, individual refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Contact: (437)-991-666-0.
