The amazing Tatiana Hassan will host a dance class and will perform at the break time, dj Jorge Escobar will keep you going in between sets and after the band.
The West Coast Cuban Orchestra was created by the internationally renowned Cuban pianist Pablo Cardenas. On a trip to Vancouver Island he unexpectedly met a few musicians that motivated him to start a band. His purpose was to keep the Cuban music roots alive in North America while adding the influence of other musical tendencies like jazz fusion and world music. He also wanted an eclectic line up with different cultural backgrounds to enrich the sound of the project.
