The HERO SHOW is an unforgettable night of solo sketch comedy full of fun weird characters, musical acts, comedic readings, and anything else these comedians want to try. The only rule: no classic stand up. Picture the types of characters you’d see featured on Weekend Update on SNL, or I Think You Should Leave. For 17 years the ever evolving cast of comedians and improvisors, lead by host and producer Cameron Macleod, have brought this unique brand of live comedy to Vancouver audiences, and now for the first time, they’re bringing it to your city as a part of the WEIRD WORLD COMEDY TOUR!

For over 20 years Cameron Macleod has been producing and performing live comedy. Whether he’s doing stand up, sketch, or improv he always brings a charming mix of quick wit, true stories, self deprecation and absurd characters. His hosting style is probably better suited for a party than a comedy show, but that's what makes the Hero Show so much fun. Past credits include Just For Laughs Vancouver, CBC’s This Is That, FAKES on Netflix, and his one man show I Had *** Until My Heart Stopped. He currently stars as Andar in Lana Longbeard on CBC Gem.
