Issuing a Refund

  1. Sign into your AdmitONE Community account
  2. Select the event you would like to resend tickets for
  3. Click on the “Manage Event” icon
  4. Access “Orders” from the left navigation bar
  5. Locate or search the required order
  6. Click on “Issue a Refund” from the order menu

Note: Refunding an an order will not automatically void the entire order. Tickets associated with the order will remain active.

Refunds can only be issued prior to your event being paid out.
