Voiding an Entire Order

1. Sign into your AdmitONE Community account
2. Select the event you would like to resend tickets for
3. Click on “Dashboard” from the drop down menu
4. Access “Orders” from the left navigation bar
5. Locate or search the required order
6. Click on “Void Entire Order” from the order menu

Note: Voiding an an order will not automatically issue a refund. To do this, select “Issue a Refund” from the menu.
